Schedules MUST use the attached excel template (2026 - 2027 High School Schedule Spreadsheet) has 3 tabs (contact information, season & Tournament) with the following formats:

Please enter only HOME games and one game per row in the spreadsheet.
Date  -  mm/dd/yy  example 12/30/26
Time  -  12 hour ONLY   example  6:00 pm (include AM or PM with space)

 Please check your "YEAR" 2026 or 2027 
 
Game Level  -  Varsity, JR Varsity, JR Varsity 2
Gender  -  Female, Male
Location  - School Stadium Full Name or HS

Location of Officials Dressing Area
Home/Away Team  -  short name  example Grapevine
Game Description  -  Scrimmage/Non-District/District/Tournament
Add Notes  -  Senior Night (between JR Varsity and Varsity approx 20 minutes)
